Introducing our new L&D Coordinator

We are pleased to welcome our newest addition to the Community Services team, our Learning and Development Coordinator, Rachel Conquest!

Rachel is an experienced Coordinator and qualified Level 3 Trainer and Assessor, with over 20 years in the education arena and 15,000+ training courses under her belt. She is a huge animal lover and in her spare time volunteers at various animal sanctuaries and protection groups, including Fox Rescue, Badger Protection, and hedgehog and bat assistance.

In this new role Rachel will be spearheading our exciting new staff development and reward programmes as well as overseeing our training and recruitment initiatives across both Landscape Services and CSG Managing Waste. Her wealth of knowledge and experience will surely be an asset to the team, helping to revolutionise our training programmes and guide both businesses through future requirements.
