Martin's promotion to Head of Operations

Landscape Services is proud to announce the internal promotion of former Regional Contracts Manager, Martin, to the role of Head of Operations.

Since joining the company, Martin has made an immediate and lasting impact. Overseeing operations across our Maidstone, Ashford, Thanet and surrounding areas, he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, a deep understanding of our customer’s needs, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence.

Martin has brought with him over 40 years of experience in the grounds maintenance industry, beginning his career as an apprentice in the landscapes division of Kent Country Council – a division that would later evolve into Landscape Services as we know it today.

He has, and will continue to, go above and beyond to bring consistency and efficiency across all contracts under his management with a hands-on approach. This, combined with a clear focus on both operational and team standards, has made him a valuable asset to the business.

His recent promotion to Head of Operations reflects not only his exceptional contributions thus far, but also his full alignment with Landscape Services’ strategy and priorities. Martin will be further emphasising our customer experience, ensuring that every contract is delivered with precision and a proactive approach, to meet the high standard customers expect from our service.
