We’ve been awarded another Framework

Landscape Services are delighted to have been awarded a place on the KCS Procurement’s public sector Grounds Maintenance framework, with immediate effect.

Frameworks provide public sector buyers with a pre-vetted, pre-approved list of suppliers from which to procure goods from. It provides a simplified procurement process with predefined terms and legal protections for both buyer and supplier.

Many businesses rely on frameworks over tendering for the benefits they offer, which include;

• The ability to direct award a large contract to a specific supplier
• Choice over contract length; it could be two, five, ten, etc.
• A compliant, pre-approved and trusted network of suppliers
• Best value for money with no fees for using the framework
  
  

On most occasions frameworks will be awarded based on criteria such as region, service type or product, meaning decision makers can be confident that the hard work has been taken out of finding suppliers for large cost orders.

Frameworks can save customers a lot of time and money by taking the hard work of going to full procurement through the creation of tenders, evaluation and contract management. This is the second Grounds Maintenance framework awarded to Landscape Services in the past twelve months, the first being Fusion 21 which was approved in May 2022.
