A recap of our autumn Floor Talks!
This month, we hosted our autumn Floor Talks at our depots across the county.
These were attended by our operational teams and colleagues from Health and Safety, Payroll, Sales, Administration, Leadership and HR to share some important business updates from the past few months.
Over the week, key takeaways were shared and discussed amongst our teams – allowing all frontline staff members to be informed of the newest internal updates - including those that happen within the Commercial Services Group such as their new business acquisitions and joint ventures. This Floor Talk was useful in keeping our colleagues aware of the ever-progressing company structure and commercial updates affecting them. Here’s just a few of the topics we reviewed during the sessions;
Customer service delivery discussions – sharing with the team key feedback points from our customers over the past few months.
The latest innovations in grounds maintenance – following our recent visit to SALTEX 2023 at the beginning of the month where we witnessed some amazing new industry tech.
New technology we’ve incorporated to support our teams – checking in with staff for feedback on these processes and how we could better the support.
Welcoming new colleagues – including our new Account Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Arboriculture Manager who have all joined the team since our last Floor Talk.
After another exciting quarter for us at Landscape Services, it has been an insightful week of Floor Talks and fantastic to catch up with our ops colleagues over a breakfast. Thank you to everyone who attended across the week, we’re looking forward to seeing you again in March!
