Your Experience & Development Team
We’re putting a spotlight on personal experience and looking at how our services can not only benefit the outdoors and open spaces, but our customers and staff, too.
Those who have worked with Landscape Services for a while will know about the BST – our in-house Business Support Team - which has, in the past, offered assistance to our customers and staff on bookings, queries and invoices, as well as providing general support.
Whilst the BST was an excellent customer service and administrative tool, we felt it could be bigger; better. So, we began looking at what changes we could make which would give our customers and colleagues the best possible experience with us, to deliver that little bit extra that makes working with Landscape Services the unbeatable choice.
It is with this ethos that we have created the Experience & Development Team!
The Experience & Development Team (EDT) are responsible for;
- The development and management of systems designed to make your job easier – whether that’s working with us or for us.
- Overseeing and streamlining onboarding, working closely with our Contracts, Business Development and Account Managers to ensure a smooth transition from where you’ve been to where you’re going.
- A dedicated L&D Coordinator to ensure our staff are trained, compliant and working towards the goals and requirements for both the contracts we manage and the career path they’re following.
Put most simply, the EDT has been reconfigured for a more people-first approach to our business and our services. They’ll be the first port of call for any questions about your contract, invoices, services, systems, site visits and/or training, and will work closely with our other key departments – and our operational teams – to find the answers you need.
